CloserKit is built by an independent life insurance agent, for independent life insurance agents. We take your privacy seriously because we are you — we understand what it means to trust a platform with your leads, your clients, and your business data.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, National Producer Number (NPN), and state licenses during signup. We also collect lead data you import, call logs, disposition records, and activity within the app.
Your data is used exclusively to operate CloserKit for you. We use it to power the dialer, lead management, analytics, and pipeline features. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Every lead, every disposition, every note, every call record belongs to you — not CloserKit. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your account enters a read-only state — your data remains intact and visible forever. Nothing is ever deleted.
CloserKit powers calling and SMS features through secure telephony infrastructure. Call recordings (when enabled) are stored securely and accessible only to you. We comply with all applicable TCPA regulations and provide tools to help you stay compliant.
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database with row-level security enforced at the database level. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your account requires authentication.
We use cookies only for authentication — to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
